Deep dive on the recommendations of the National STEM Forum
What needs to change in order to attract girls and women to STEM professions in the long term? A working group of the National STEM Forum has addressed this question & outlined recommendations for action along the educational stages & transitions in a position paper.
It looked at early childhood, school years, extracurricular STEM activities, transitions into vocational STEM apprenticeships or STEM studies and STEM careers. Together, the National STEM Forum & MINTvernetzt are now offering an information and exchange format to discuss the information and recommendations. We are interested in your ideas and experiences on how the recommendations for action can be optimally implemented.
