Payment process
You can currently pay for your order by invoice and bank transfer.
After you have requested your items and decided in favour of the purchase, we will send you an invoice. As soon as we receive your transfer receipt (e.g. screenshot from online banking), we will prepare your parcel for dispatch.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
If you are purchasing for business purposes, please enter the budget and cost centres in the enquiry form.
Shipping information
University employees receive their order conveniently by internal mail to the desired delivery point.
External orders can also be sent to a delivery point of your choice. Alternatively, we offer shipping via Deutsche Post as an insured parcel at a special price of € 5.88 (incl. VAT).
